摘要
目的:研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血中Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg的表达水平及功能,并探讨Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg在SLE发生发展中的作用。方法:通过流式细胞术检测26例SLE患者(SLE患者组)及25例健康对照者(健康对照组)外周血Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞的表达水平,并分析各T细胞亚型与临床检测指标及SLE疾病活动性评分之间的相关性。结果:与健康对照组相比,SLE患者组Th17及Treg表达水平显著升高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0. 03及0. 001)。Th17及Treg水平与患者的CRP水平显著正相关(r值分别为0. 7和0. 6,P值分别为0. 000 3及0. 03),Treg水平与HDL水平显著负相关(r值为-0. 58,P值为0. 003); Th17的水平与SLE疾病活动性评分显著负相关(r=0. 48,P=0. 01)。结论:SLE患者Th17/Treg表达失衡,Th17/Treg可能参与SLE的发生及进展。
        Objective: To investigate the expression and function of Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to explore the role of Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg cells in SLE.Methods: The expression levels of Th1,Th2,Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of 26 SLE patients and 25 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry,and the correlation between T cell subtypes and clinical indexes,SLE disease activity score was analyzed. Results: Compared with the healthy control,the expressions of Th17 and Treg in SLE patients increased significantly,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P values were 0. 03 and 0. 001,respectively). Th17 and Treg levels were positively correlated with CRP level(r values were 0. 7 and 0. 6,P values were 0. 000 3 and 0. 03),Treg level was negatively correlated with HDL levels(r values were-0. 58,P values were 0. 003),and the level of Th17 was significantly negatively correlated with SLE disease activity score(r = 0. 48,P = 0. 01). Conclusion: In patients with SLE,Th17/Treg expression is out of balance,and Th17/Treg may be involved in the occurrence and progression of SLE.
