摘要
当前使用的转炉出钢—LF精炼过程的合金配料方法对成本考虑不足,为此,基于钢—渣之间的热力学平衡反应机理,在满足钢种成分要求的前提下,采用单纯形法建立了铝镇静钢的成本最优化合金优化配料模型,开发了一套转炉出钢—LF精炼过程的合金化软件包。选用船板钢生产数据对模型进行离线调试,结果表明,按照模型计算结果来配加合金,吨钢成本平均可降低5元,具有可观的推广应用价值。
        As the cost is not fully considered during BOF tapping and LF refining progress in the factory presently,this paper established the cost optimization alloy batching model of Al-killed steel by using the simplex method and developed a set of alloying software package during the BOF tappingLF refining process by combining the thermodynamic equilibrium reaction mechanism between the Steel-Slag. The production data of ship plate steel is chosen to debug the model offline,and the results show that the average cost of the alloy can be reduced by 5 yuan/t according to the model calculation results,which has considerable promotion and application value.
