基于AHP层次分析法的城市更新研究——以北京石景山八角街区为例

摘要
本文针对北京市城市更新的要求,以石景山八角街区为例,从公共开放空间活力入手,利用AHP层次分析法,从交通、自然环境、设施以及夜间照明四个方面构建公共空间活力评价分析模型,对各节点的城市活力进行评价,并提出优化策略.在落实北京市总体规划所进行的城市更新中,应着眼于人行尺度的城市空间质量,以宜居和谐为导向,织补绿化景观,构建慢行交通空间,发展开放街道.研究结论不仅对于八角街区的城市更新提供重要启示与数据支持,也可为北京的整体规划建设中的城市更新提供一定的建议与指导策略.
The article takes Bajiao area of Shijingshan as an example and the vitality of urban open space as an entry point to meet the requirements of urban update in Beijing. We use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to build a dynamic evaluation model of open space, which is constructed from four aspects,including traffic, natural environment, facilities and night lighting. It evaluates the urban vitality of each urban node and proposes an optimization strategy. In the process of urban renewal for the implementation of the Beijing master plan, we should focus on the urban space quality of the pedestrian scale, take the livable and harmony as the orientation, darn the greening landscape, build a slow traffic space and develop the open streets. The conclusion of the study provides not only important inspiration and data support for the urban renewal of Bajiao area, but also some suggestions and guiding strategies for the urban renewal for the Beijing's overall planning and construction.
