摘要

当前我国的体育公共服务主要呈现出城市与农村这种二元体育公共服务体制格局,而基于此格局,最好的工作方式当是针对各地区发展实际,将体育工农服务体制予以梯度性划分,之后赋予不同层级政府于公共体育服务中的职能与权限,继而以多中心治理的方式,务必保证体育公共服务制度安排的均衡。当然,在此过程中,诸如多元竞争、社会化、市场化等机制的引进,亦是实践体育公共服务的科学路径,对此,相关部门也应对此给与足够重视。
        At present,the sports public service in our country mainly presents the dual sports public service system pattern of urban and rural areas,and based on this pattern,the best way to work is to gradient the service system of sports workers and peasants according to the actual development of various regions.Afterwards,the functions and powers of different levels of government in public sports services are given,and then in a multi-center governance manner,it is necessary to ensure the balance of the public service system of sports.Of course,in this process,such as the introduction of multiple competition,socialization,marketization and other mechanisms,is also a scientific path to practice sports public services,for which the relevant departments should also pay sufficient attention.
