摘要
以四厂的预分解窑系统热工测试结果为基础,对冷却用风、预热用风、燃烧用风等系统用风情况进行了全面分析,论述了各厂在不同系统中存在的问题。对整个系统的用风操作提出了相应建议,即逐步提高二次风和三次风温度与用量,尽可能地提高煤风比,降低一次风比例,以加速煤粉燃烧,同时,尽量提高预热系统的固气比,降低C1出口废气量与废气温度,提高烧成系统的热效率,实现预分解窑系统的节能效果。
        Based on the thermal test results of the precalcining kiln system of No.4 Plant, the wind conditions of cooling wind, preheating wind and combustion wind are analyzed comprehensively, and the problems of each plant in different systems are discussed. The corresponding suggestions for the wind operation of the whole system are put forward, that is, the secondary air and tertiary air temperature and dosage are gradually increased, the coal-to-air ratio is increased as much as possible, and the primary air ratio is reduced to accelerate the combustion of pulverized coal. At the same time, the preheating is maximized. The solid-gas ratio of the system reduces the amount of exhaust gas at the C1 outlet and the temperature of the exhaust gas. Comprehensively improve the thermal efficiency of the firing system and achieve comprehensive energy saving of the precalcining kiln system.
