摘要
基于管道应力软件CAESARⅡ对某空调管道在一定温度压力条件下对不同管径空调管道的操作应力、一次应力和二次应力进行分析,结果表明:管道的操作应力随着管径的增加而增大,且在较高温度更加明显;管道的一次应力随管道管径的增大而减小,最后趋于稳定;管道的二次应力随管道管径的增大而增大,并且在较高温度更加显著。
Based on the pipeline stress software CAESARⅡ,the operating stress,primary stress and secondary stress of air conditioning pipes with different diameters are analyzed under a certain temperature and pressure condition. The result shows that∶ the operating stress of the pipeline increases with the increasement of the pipe diameter,especially at higher temperature. The primary stress of the pipeline decreases to a stable value with the increasement of the pipe diameter. And the secondary stress of the pipeline increases with the increasement of the pipe diameter,especially at higher temperature.
