摘要
在生产建设中,焊接技术发挥着重要作用。对于管道建设而言,焊接质量十分重要。管道运输介质具有有毒性和危险性等性质,一旦漏气,就会影响人们的财产和生命安全。如何提高管道焊接质量是一个值得思考的问题。管道的焊接过程与其焊接质量有着密切的联系,通过对管道焊接的事前准备、焊接过程和焊接后的检测存在的问题的分析,提出相应的解决措施,以提高焊接人员的焊接质量意识和安全意识,对提高管道焊接质量控制具有积极的意义。
        Welding technology plays an important role in production and construction.For pipeline construction,welding quality is also very important.Pipeline transport media have the characteristics of toxicity and danger.Once air leaks,it will affect people's property and life safety.How to improve the quality of pipeline welding is a problem worthy of consideration.Pipeline welding process is closely related to its welding quality.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in pipeline welding preparation,welding process and inspection after welding,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to further improve the welding quality awareness and safety awareness of welders and provide positive significance for improving the quality control of pipeline welding.
