论高职院校内部质量保证体系的基本结构

摘要
高职院校内部质量保证体系不仅与教学紧密相关,而且影响着人才培养的全过程、全方位、全方面。高职院校最终要建立的不是教学质量保证体系,而是人才培养质量保证体系。根据人才培养规律和高职院校的办学实际,高职院校人才培养质量保证体系应该包括目标系统、人力系统、组织系统、管理系统、物质系统、社会支持系统、诊改系统和激励系统八个子系统,这八个子系统应环环相扣,相互支持、相互影响,共同组成一个高职院校人才培养的完整链条,构建一个较为完整的高职院校内部质量保证体系。
        The internal quality assurance system of vocational colleges involves not only teaching, but also affects the whole process and all aspects of talent cultivation. The ultimate goal of vocational colleges is not the quality assurance system for teaching, but the quality assurance system for talent cultivation. According to the law of the talents cultivation and actual situation of vocational colleges,the basic structure of the quality assurance system of vocational education should include eight elements such as the target system, human resources system,organizational system, management system, material system, social support system, diagnosis system and incentive system. These eight subsystems should be interlocked, mutually supportive and mutually influential, thus forming a complete chain of talent training in vocational colleges, and build a relatively complete internal quality assurance system for vocational colleges.
