穿腮腺入路手术治疗成人髁状突骨折效果分析
摘要
目的探讨穿腮腺入路手术治疗成人髁状突骨折的可行性及临床治疗效果。方法对40例成人髁状突骨折患者行手术治疗,其中髁状突矢状骨折12例,髁状突颈部骨折15例,髁颈下骨折13例。术后定期随访,评价患者临床治疗效果。结果 40例骨折患者术后伤口均一期愈合,疤痕隐蔽;无涎漏发生,无永久性面瘫患者;张口度恢复正常,咬合关系恢复理想。结论穿腮腺入路行髁突骨折切开复位内固定术,可直视下完成骨折复位固定,术后效果满意,值得临床进一步推广应用。
