抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱的检测对系统性红斑狼疮的临床意义

摘要
目的 探讨抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱的检测在系统性红斑狼疮诊治中的临床意义和应用价值。方法 选择2018年1—12月本院收治的100例系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE组)、68例其他自身免疫病患者(疾病对照组)与60名正常健康体检者(正常对照组)作为研究对象,分别采用间接酶联免疫法、免疫印迹法检测血清中的抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱中17种类型抗体的水平并对三组结果进行比对分析。结果SLE组患者的抗核抗体总体检出阳性率为82.00%,同时该组患者抗核抗体谱中抗双链DNA抗体、抗核小体抗体、抗组蛋白抗体、抗核糖体P蛋白抗体、抗Sm D1抗体、抗SS-A/RO60KD抗体、抗SS-A/RO52抗体、抗SS-B抗体和抗SnRNP抗体与疾病对照组以及正常人群对照组相比差异具有统计学意义。结论联合检测抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱在系统性红斑狼疮的诊治中具有较高应用价值。
Objective To study the in clinical significance and application value of detecting antinuclear antibody and antinuclear antibody spectrum in the diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE). Methods 100 patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus( SLE group),68 patients with other autoimmune diseases( control group) and 60 healthy people received physical examination( normal control group) were enrolled in the study.Indirect enzyme-linked immunoassay,western blot method were used to detect antinuclear antibodies in the serum and antinuclear antibody spectrum of 17 kinds of antibody level,and the results of the three groups were compared.Results The overall detection rate of antinuclear antibodies in the patients in SLE group was 82.00%,at the same time,double-stranded DNA antibodies,anti-nucleosome antibodies,antihistone antibody,resistance to ribosomal P protein antibodies,ant-Sm D1 antibodies,anti SS-A/RO60 KD antibodies,anti SS-A/RO52 resistance,anti SS-B antibodies and anti SnRNP antibodies of antinuclear antibody spectrum of SLE group were statistically different from those in disease group and normal control group.Conclusions The combined detection of antinuclear antibodies and antinuclear antibody spectrum in the diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE) has high application value.
