抗Hu抗体阳性副肿瘤性边缘叶脑炎1例
摘要
<正>副肿瘤神经综合征(PNS)是指由肿瘤继发的自身免疫反应而导致周围、中枢、自主神经系统受累的临床综合征,若边缘叶系统受累则称为副肿瘤性边缘叶脑炎。在PNS患者脑脊液或血清中可发现肿瘤神经抗体,抗Hu是其中的一种特异性抗体。本文报告1例副肿瘤性边缘叶脑炎患者(抗Hu抗体阳性),通过查阅相关文献进一步深入学习。1 病例资料患者,女,50岁,主因头晕14 d,右侧肢体麻木11 d,记忆力减退7 d于2016年12月1日入我院。患者14
