摘要
针对当前MV-HEVC尚未给出有效码率控制的问题,提出一种基于相似度分析的MV-HEVC码率控制算法.该算法的核心是首先建立ρ域的码率控制模型,然后采用相似度分析视点间相关性,利用已编码信息以及帧复杂度进行视点间、帧层、基本单元层比特分配与码率控制.实验仿真结果表明,该算法能够保持高效的编码效率,且实际码率与目标码率平均误差仅为0.96%.
        Current MV-HEVC reference model in joint video team(JVT) does not provide efficient rate control schemes,this paper proposes rate control algorithm for MV-HEVC based on similarity analysis. The algorithm remodel the quadratic rate-distortion model. The proposed method allocate the bits and control the rate for inter-view,frame layer,and basic unit layer through the analysis of the coded information,the correlation analysis and frame complexity. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively control bit rate for MV-HEVC while keeping high coding efficiency,which efficiently controls the bit rate with an average rate control error of 0.96%.
