精细化护理在飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK手术护理中的应用

摘要
目的探讨精细化护理在飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年9月至2018年1月在我院接受飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK手术治疗的92例近视患者,将其随机分为两组,每组46例。对照组行眼科常规护理干预,而观察组行精细化护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后干眼症、角膜瓣下异物的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的夜视力满意度评分明显高于对照组,且视觉质量主诉评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理应用于飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK手术围术期中效果显著,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,减少术后并发症发生,同时还可提升患者术后视觉质量和生活质量,对于改善患者预后具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing in laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) surgery of femtosecond laser flap making. Methods Ninety-two myopic patients who underwent LASIK surgery of femtosecond laser flap making in our hospital from September 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received meticulous nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of dry eye and corneal flap foreign bodies in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). At one month after operation,the night vision satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the visual quality complaint score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The meticulous nursing has a significant effect in the perioperative period of LASIK surgery of femtosecond laser flap making. It can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the visual and life quality of patients after operation. It has a positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
