针刺联合西医综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨针刺联合西医综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2016年2月至2018年2月本院收治的110例突发性耳聋患者,根据摸球法将其分为研究组(针刺+西医综合疗法)与对照组(西医综合疗法),各55例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组0.25～4.00 k Hz各频率听力损失均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组红细胞压积、全血粘度高切、全血粘度低切及血浆粘度水平均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合西医综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的效果显著,可显著改善血液流变学,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 110 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected by convenient sampling method. According to the touch ball method, patients were divided into study group(acupuncture combined with western medicine) and control group(western medicine), with 55 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the hearing loss at frequencies of 0.25-4.00 k Hz in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, hematocrit, the levels of whole blood viscosity high shear rate, whole blood viscosity low shear rate and plasma viscosity in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with western medicine is effective for the treatment of sudden deafness, and can significantly improve hemorheology. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
