摘要
为解决传统运行车速调查方法缺乏实时性、全面性、便捷性等问题,本文基于手机信令数据来获取大规模城市道路的可靠运行车速。在分析手机信令在交通数据采集中优势的基础上,重点阐述手机信令获取车速的基本原理,提出了道路用户的出行模式识别和计算车辆行程车速的方法,利用距离加权的道路车辆平均运行速度计算方法实现了路网平均速度的获取。通过长沙市基于手机信令的交通调查课题实例研究,验证了基于手机信令的数据分析、计算方法等构成的技术及其用于道路车速调查的可行性、可靠性。并明确了需要进一步解决的相关问题,揭示了该技术在交通领域应用的广阔前景。
        This paper gets the reliable travel speed of large-scale urban roads based on the celluar phone signaling, aiming to solve the problem of lacking of real-time, comprehensiveness and convenience in traditional travel speed investigation methods. Based on the analysis of the advantages of the cellular phone signaling in the traffic data acquisition, the basic principle of the cellular phone signaling to investigate the speed is emphatically expounded. The method of the road user's travel pattern recognition and the calculation of the speed of the vehicle travel is put forward,the average speed of road network is acquired by weighted fusion of average speed of road vehicles. Through the case study of the traffic investigation subject based on the mobile signaling in Changsha, the feasibility and reliability of the data analysis and calculation model based on celluar phone signaling and its application to the road vehicle speed investigate are verified. Finally, it clarified related issues that need to be further solved and revealed the broad application prospects of the technology in the field of transportation.
