β-catenin与VEGF-C在胆管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要
目的检测β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growth factor-c,VEGFC)在胆管癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收治的70例胆管癌患者为观察组,以15例癌旁胆管组织为对照组。采用免疫组织化学(S-P)法检测β-catenin及VEGF-C蛋白的表达,分析其临床意义。结果β-catenin在胆管癌组织中的异常表达率为80. 0%(56/70)高于其在癌旁组织中的异常表达率26. 7%(4/15)(P <0. 05)。相关性分析表明β-catenin在胆管癌组织中的异常表达与胆管癌的淋巴结转移、肝动脉/门静脉受侵密切相关(P <0. 05)。VEGF-C在胆管癌组织中的表达阳性率为78. 6%(55/70)高于癌旁组织中的33. 3%(5/15)(P <0. 05)。VEGF-C在胆管癌组织中的表达与胆管癌的淋巴结转移、肝动脉/门静脉受侵密切相关(P <0. 05)。β-catenin与VEGF-C在胆管癌组织中的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0. 652,P=0. 000)。结论β-catenin与VEGF-C表达可能与胆管癌的发生、发展有关。
        Objective To investigae the the expressions ofβ-catenin and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGFC) in cholangiocarcinoma,and to explore their relationship with clinical case characteristics. Methods A total of 70 patients with cholangiocarcinoma who were admitted and treated in our hospital were enrolled as observation group,and 15 cases of adjacent cancer tissues were collected as control group. The expression levels of β-catenin and VEGF-C protein in both groups were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP method) to analyse their cinical significance. Results The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin in observation group was 80. 0%(56/70),which was significantly higher than that(26. 7%,4/15) in control group(P < 0. 05). The abnormal expressions of β-catenin in observation group were significantly positively correlated with hepatic artery and/or portal vein invasion as well as lymph node metastasis(P < 0. 05). The positice expression rate of VEGF-C in observation group was 78. 6%(55/70),which was significantly higher than that(33. 3%,5/15) in control group(P < 0. 05). The positive expressions of VEGF-C in observation group were significantly positively correlated with hepatic artery and/or portal vein invasion and lymph node metastasis(P < 0. 05). Moreover the expression of β-catenin was positively correlated with that of VEGF-C expression in observation group(r = 20. 652,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The expressions of β-catenin and VEGF-C are closly associated with the pathogenesis and development of cholangiocarcinoma.
