摘要
反射半导体光放大器(RSOA)的非线性失真特性是影响OFDM-PON上行通道容量和性能的决定性因素。运用Volterra级数进行频域分析,推导出RSOA的二阶和三阶传递函数,给出RSOA的非线性失真特性的频域表达。通过实测一款商用RSOA的非线性失真特性,验证了理论推导的有效性。
        The nonlinear distortion characteristic of RSOA is the decisive factor affecting the capacity and performance of the OFDM-PON uplink channel. This paper gives the 2nd and 3rd order transfer functions of RSOA via Volterra series analysis and describes the frequency response caused by the non-linearity of RSOA.A commercial RSOA nonlinear distortion has been measured, verifying the validity of the theoretical derivation.
