口腔粘接材料在口腔修复治疗中的应用策略

摘要
目的探究口腔粘接材料-绿巨人粘结体系在口腔修复治疗当中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月～2017年2月本科收治后牙牙体缺损需进行充填治疗的患者98例(患牙126颗),按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各49例。在常规预备后,对照组使用传统材料充填;观察组使用绿巨人粘结体系充填。比较2年后两组患牙的治疗效果。结果充填治疗2年后随访,观察组继发龋、充填物脱落与牙纵折发生率均低于对照组,充填物完好率92.30%,明显高于对照组的60.67%(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复治疗当中对后牙体缺损的治疗,采用绿巨人粘结体系这种口腔粘接材料进行充填治疗,远期效果佳。
Objective To explore the application effect of oral adhesive material-composite resin in treatment of oral repair.Methods From February 2016 to February 2017,98 patients(126 teeth) with posterior teeth defect who needed filling treatment were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.After routine preparation,the control group was filled with traditional materials,while observation group was filled with composite resin.The therapeutic effects of two groups of teeth after 2 years were compared.Results After 2 years of follow-up,the incidence of secondary caries,filling loss and longitudinal fracture in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the completion rate of filling was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than 60.67% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of posterior teeth defect in oral prosthodontics,the composite resin is used as a filling material,and the long-term effect is good.
