摘要

介绍了西门子SINAMICS S120驱动系统的参数组切换功能、配置方法以及在自动化集装箱轨道吊上的应用。在分析相关硬件回路和软件设置的基础上,论述自动化轨道吊中起升和大车等机构冗余设计的原理。
        This paper introduces the data set switching function and configuration method of Siemens SINAMICS S120 driving system and its application in automatic container rail-mounted gantry crane. Based on the analysis of relevant hardware circuits and software settings, the principle of redundancy design of lifting and cart mechanisms in automatic railmounted gantry crane is discussed.
