PDCA循环管理法在持续非卧床腹膜透析持续护理质量改进中的应用观察

摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法在持续非卧床腹膜透析持续护理质量改进中的应用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年9-12月诊治的持续非卧床腹膜透析患者60例,按随机编号法将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规院内护理,观察组使用PDCA循环管理法下的院内护理。比较护理前后两组患者护理实施能力、健康知识掌握能力、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:(1)观察组护理实施能力评分为(67.51±6.21)分,显著高于对照组的(62.45±4.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.619,P<0.05);(2)观察组健康知识掌握能力评分为(76.32±7.87)分,显著高于对照组的(65.17±6.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.831,P<0.05);(3)观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.360,P<0.05);(4)观察组护理总满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.960,P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理法能在持续非卧床腹膜透析中提高持续护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA cycle management method in the continuous nursing quality improvement of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.Method:A total of 60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis who were treated in our hospital from September to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hospital nursing,and the observation group was given hospital nursing under the PDCA cycle management.The nursing implementation ability,mastery ability of health knowledge,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:(1)The score of nursing implementation ability in the observation group was(67.51±6.21)points,significantly higher than(62.45±4.58)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.619,P<0.05).(2)The score of mastery ability of health knowledge in the observation group was(76.32±7.87)points,significantly higher than(65.17±6.91) points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.831,P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 16.67%,lower than 36.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( X~2=4.360,P<0.05).(4)The total nursing satisfaction in observation group was 90.00%,higher than 63.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( X~2=5.960,P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management method can improve the continuous nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
