摘要
习近平立德树人观是新时代中国特色社会主义育人理念的集中体现,是对"培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题"的具体回答,为新时代思想政治工作的顺利开展指明方向。习近平立德树人观的生成具有逻辑自洽的显著特征,历史逻辑是其生成的客观基础,实践逻辑是其生成的现实土壤,学理逻辑是其生成的内在准则。习近平立德树人观的形成,反映了实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的人才资源诉求,揭示了人的社会关系本质呈现的时代境遇,体现了青年学生个体成长的价值追求。新时代践行习近平立德树人观,要把握"以文化人""以德育人""实践育人"这三个基本向度,将立德树人观融入学校教育的各领域、各方面、各环节,引领青年学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,自觉将自身培养成为德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Xi Jinping's view of strengthening the morality is the concentrated embodiment of the concept of educating of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is a specific answer to the fundamental question of"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate it and for whom to cultivate it",and it points out the direction for the development of ideological and political work in the new era smoothly.The formation of Xi Jinping's view has the remarkable characteristic of logical self-consistency,and in the formation historical logic is the objective foundation,practical logic is the realistic soil,and academic logic is the internal criterion.The formation of Xi Jinping's view reflects the demand of human resources to realize our Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,reveals the Times and circumstances of the essence of human social relations,and embodies the value pursuit of the individual growth of young students.In order to practice Xi Jinping's view in the new era,we should grasp the three basic dimensions,which are to educate people with culture,moral and practice,and integrate the view into all fields,aspects and links of school education.Then Leading young students to cultivate and observe core socialist values,consciously cultivate participants of and successors to the socialist cause who develop morally,intellectually,physically andaesthetically.
