四子散外敷对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘要
目的:探讨四子散对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:将广东省中医院大学城分院妇科收治的60例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术后患者按照护理措施分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予四子散外敷。比较两组患者术后0 h、1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和恶心呕吐发生率、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间和护理满意度。结果:两组术后0 h疼痛评分相比无差异;实验组术后1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组恶心和呕吐发生率、首次肛门排气时间和首次排便时间均低于对照组,且护理满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:四子散外敷可以减轻腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术后疼痛,并且可以促进胃肠功能恢复,值得借鉴。
Objective: To investigate efficacy of Sizi San( 四子散) on pain and gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Methods: According to nursing measures, 60 cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The experimental group was given external application of Sizi San more.The incidence of nausea and vomiting, the time of first anal exhaust, the time of first defecation and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results: There was no difference in pain score between two groups at 0 h after operation, and the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 1 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The external application of Sizi San can alleviate the pain after ovarian cyst removal under laparoscope and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
