摘要
通过文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈、实验对照等科研方法,对高校中运用"橡皮带组合法"进行短跑训练展开研究,并探讨田径训练方法体系构建与模式创新。研究结果表明:运用橡皮带组合法进行一定周期训练,运动员成绩提高幅度大于使用传统的辅助训练方法;不同运动员在同样的训练过程中存在个体差异性;不同学校之间采用相同的训练方法,成绩提高不存在差异性特点;实验组训练后血乳酸值低于传统对照组。运用橡皮带组合法能有效解决目前贵州省部分高校短跑训练方法单一、枯燥等问题,也有助于建立与完善科学的训练模式。
By means of documentary materials, field trips, expert interviews and experiment and control,this paper studies the short-running training of "rubber band combination method" in colleges and universities, and probes into the construction and mode innovation of Athletics training methods.The results showed that the improvement of athletes' scores was obviously higher than that of traditional training methods by using the rubber band assembly method for a certain period of training.There are individual differences between different athletes in the same training course; And there was no difference between different schools when the same training method was adopted among different schools. The blood lactic acid value after training in the experiment group was lower than that of the traditional control group.The application of rubber band assembly method can effectively solve the problems of single, boring and so on in some colleges and universities in Guizhou Province, and also contribute to the establishment and perfection of scientific training mode.
