摘要
分析了高速液压柱塞泵的结构及工作原理,对其进行了结构设计。通过对液压柱塞泵不同转速、不同油温、不同压力控制阀进口节流小孔直径下的出口压力进行仿真分析,得到了转速、油温、节流小孔尺寸对出口压力响应的规律,确定了最优的参数。最后,利用液压柱塞泵样机进行了原理试验,试验数据验证了柱塞泵理论计算和动态仿真的准确性,为高速液压柱塞泵的设计提供了一定的参考依据。
The structure and working principle of the high speed hydraulic piston pump were analyzed,and the structural design was carried out. Through the simulation analysis of the outlet pressure of the hydraulic piston pump with different speed, different oil temperature and different pressure control valve inlet throttle orifice diameter, the law of the response of the rotational speed, oil temperature and throttle orifice size to the outlet pressure was obtained. The optimal parameters are determined. Finally,the principle test was carried out by using the hydraulic piston pump prototype. The test data verified the accuracy of the theoretical calculation and dynamic simulation of the plunger pump, which provided a certain reference for the design of the high speed hydraulic piston pump.
