阶段性康复功能锻炼对股骨颈骨折患者术后生活能力的影响

摘要
目的探究阶段性康复功能锻炼对股骨颈骨折患者术后生活能力的影响。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2015年10月～2017年11月收治的86例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和实验组,各43例,对照组给予术后常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理干预基础上加阶段性康复功能锻炼,对两组患者的护理效果评分以及Barthel指数变化情况进行比较。结果实验组患者的护理效果评分以及护理后的Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在股骨颈骨折患者的术后加用阶段性康复功能锻炼可以有效的提升综合护理效果,改善患肢功能,提高生活自理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation exercise on postoperative life ability of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 86 cases of femoral neck fracture treated in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanchang City from October 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing after operation. The experimental group was given routine nursing intervention plus stage rehabilitation functional forging on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The score of nursing effect and the change of Barthel index of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing effect and Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Phased rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the effect of comprehensive nursing, improve the function of affected limbs and improve the ability of self-care.
