征信查询前置系统建设探析

摘要
近年来社会对征信的关注度不断提升。为加强征信信息安全管理,降低征信信息泄露风险,各接入机构陆续开发了征信查询前置系统。根据调研中了解到的金融信用信息基础数据库接入机构征信查询前置系统开发使用的现状,分析系统可实现的功能以及存在的问题,结合人民银行征信查询前置系统的功能设置,对商业银行征信查询前置系统建设提出框架性的建议。
Credit reporting has drawn increasing attention from the society in the recent years. Various agenciesaccessed to the financial credit information basic database have successively developed front end system forcredit report inquiry in order to strengthen security management on credit reporting information and reduce theleak risk of credit reporting information. Based on the status quo of the development and employment of creditreporting front end system by the current accessed agencies on the market, this article puts forward frameworkthoughts and suggestions on the construction of credit report inquiry front end system for commercial banks byanalyzing the achievable functions and existing problems of credit reporting front end system and studying thefunction settings of credit report inquiry front end system of the People's Bank of China.
