摘要
通过理论分析及实验研究的方法对换热器管头伸出量进行了研究,确定了影响管头伸出量的因素,主要包括壳程筒体拼接环缝数量、管板厚度以及环焊缝的组对间隙,并总结出了理论换热管长度的计算公式,通过产品应用,验证了经验公式的可行性。研究表明,提高了换热器管头伸出量的加工效率,缩短了换热器类设备的生产工期。
This paper studies the amount of heat exchanger tube head extension through theoretical analysis and experimental research methods,and determines the factors affecting the amount of tube head extension,mainly including the number of shell-side tube splicing annular seams,the thickness of tube sheet and the group clearance of annular welds,and summarizes the calculation formula of theoretical heat exchanger tube length.The feasibility of the empirical formula is verified by product application.According to the research in this paper,the processing efficiency of heat exchanger tube head extension is improved,and the production period of heat exchanger equipment is shortened.
