糖尿病胃轻瘫方剂组方用药规律分析

摘要
目的:挖掘归纳中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的组方规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库近10年内中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的文献,采集方剂中方药及其用量、疗程等信息,使用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),构建中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫方剂组方数据库,基于软件复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据分析,得出药物使用频次、药物相互关联统计、潜在新处方等。结果:通过分析治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的233首处方、166味中药,得出中药使用频次前3位为白术、半夏、茯苓,常用药对前3位为"白术,茯苓""党参,白术""半夏,白术",潜在新处方组合12个。结论:从益气健脾燥湿论治糖尿病胃轻瘫探讨组方用药规律方法得当,可为临床治疗提供思路,为指南的制定提供参考,为中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的中药复方及机制研究奠定基础。
Objective: To explore the rule of drug usage in prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: The Chinese journal full-text database was searched for the information of the TCM treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in the past ten years. The prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines,their dosages,treatment courses and other information were collected. The Chinese medicine inheritance platform software( V2. 5) was used to construct Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. The sputum prescription database was used to analyze the data based on the software complex system entropy clustering method,and the frequency of drug use,and drug correlation statistics,potential new prescriptions,etc. were obtained. Results: By analyzing 233 prescriptions and 166 traditional Chinese medicines used in treating for diabetic gastroparesis,the first three frequencies of Chinese medicine used were Bighead atractylodes rhizome,Pinellia ternata and Poria cocos. The top three drugs were " Bighead atractylodes rhizome,poriacocos", " codonopsis pilosula,Bighead atractylodes rhizome ", " Pinellia ternate Bighead atractylodes rhizome". There are 12 potential new prescription combinations of drugs. Conclusion: From the perspective of treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by tonifying Qi and Spleen as well as eliminating Dampness,the study method of this paper is appropriate,which can provide ideas for clinical treatment,provide reference for the formulation of guidelines,and provide foundation for Chinese medicine compound and mechanism research in treating for diabetic gastroparesis.
