摘要

党的十八大以来,职业院校"三会一课"制度不断健全和完善,但仍存在思想认识不深刻、支部班子素质与能力水平不高、质量意识和创新能力不强、监督指导考核机制不健全等问题。文章结合党支部书记工作实践,提出顶层设计保障体系、创新活动形式、落实党建工作责任制、建立监督考核奖惩机制等四项改进举措。
        "Three Meetings One Class" system of party branch has been successfully deployed and under improvement in vocational colleges. Problems however still exit including lack of deep understanding of its importance,low quality and ability of party cadres,lack of sense of quality and innovation,incomplete supervision and evaluation mechanism. Based on the practice of secretaries of party branch,this paper proposes such measures as top design of safeguard mechanism,innovative party activities,implementation of party construction obligations,and establishment of supervision and evaluation mechanism
