摘要
湖北省是全国水土流失严重的省份之一,进行水土保持监控势在必行。"湖北省水土保持监测信息平台"建设为省级重点项目,本文作者为项目的负责人。本文从总体设计的角度出发,对其关键技术路线进行了研究。
        Hubei Province is one of the provinces with serious water loss and soil erosion in China, so it is imperative to monitor soil and water conservation. The "Hubei Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring Information Platform" was established as a provincial key project. The author of this paper is the person in charge of the project.From the perspective of overall design, this paper studies its key technical routes.
