摘要
近几年面临国际低油价的形势,研究如何控制注水成本,也成为近期研究的重点。沉降法目前也存在于水处理流程中,一般是采出水通过沉降的方法将油水分离,以及去除大粒径的机械杂质,接下来进入水处理流程,而对处理后基本达标的注入水进行再次沉降,是现有工艺没有涉及的。从室内实验的数据看,用该方法处理后的的注入水基本上可以达到与实验室内精细(0.22微米滤膜)过滤的水相同的效果。对于碳酸氢根含量高的水源水效果更好。
        In recent years,facing the international situation of low oil price,research on how to control water injection cost has also become the focus of recent research.The sedimentation method also exists in the water treatment process at present.Generally,produced water is separated from oil and water by sedimentation method,and large-diameter mechanical impurities are removed.Then it enters the water treatment process,and the injected water that basically meets the standards after treatment is carried out secondary sedimentation again,which is not involved in the prior art.From the experimental data in the laboratory,the injected water treated by this method can basically achieve the same effect as the fine(0.22 micron filter membrane) filtered water in the laboratory,which is better for the source water with high bicarbonate content.
