丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘要
目的分析丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 90例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各45例,观察组给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗,对照组仅给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的82.22%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVESD、 LVEDD均较治疗前显著下降, LVEF均较治疗前显著升高(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的LVESD、LVEDD、 LVEF均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗冠心病心力衰竭具有明显的临床疗效,可提高患者心功能,改善预后,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate sodium injection combined with benazepril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate sodium injection, and the observation group was treated with tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate sodium injection combined with benazepril. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 95.56%, significantly higher than 82.22% of control group(P <0.05). After treatment, both groups had significantly decreased LVESD and LVEDD, and significantly increased LVEF compared with those before treatment(P <0.05); The LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF after treatment of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P >0.05). Conclusions Tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate sodium injection combined with benazepril in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has obvious clinical efficacy, which can improve patients' cardiac function and prognosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
