聚羧酸减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘要
以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,在水溶液中进行自由基聚合反应合成聚羧酸减水剂(PC)。探讨了丙烯酸与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚的摩尔比、过硫酸钾用量、甲基丙稀磺酸钠用量以及反应温度对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。确定最佳合成工艺参数为:丙烯酸与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚的摩尔比为3.5﹕1,过硫酸钾用量为0.6%,甲基丙稀磺酸钠用量为3.0%,反应最佳温度为80℃。利用红外光谱仪对自制的聚羧酸减水剂进行分子结构表征,证明产物中包含有预先设计的官能团,达到了分子结构设计的预期目标。
        Using methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA) and sodium methacrylate(SMAS) as raw materials and potassium persulfate(KPS) as an initiator,a polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC) was synthesized by free radical polymerization in an aqueous solution.The effects of the molar ratio of acrylic acid and methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether,the amount of potassium persulfate,the amount of sodium methyl methacrylate,and the reaction temperature on the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizers were investigated.The optimum synthetic process parameters were determined as follows:the molar ratio of acrylic acid to methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether was 3.5:1,the amount of potassium persulfate was 0.6%,and the amount of sodium methyl methacrylate was 3.0%.The temperature is 80℃.The molecular structure of the self-made polycarboxylate superplasticizer was determined by infrared spectroscopy,and it was proved that the product contained pre-designed functional groups and the expected target of molecular structure design was achieved.
