摘要
目的探讨乳头刺激在孕晚期促宫颈成熟中的应用效果。方法 120例产妇,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组给予乳头刺激联合宫颈扩张球囊治疗,对照组仅给予宫颈扩张球囊治疗。对比2组宫颈成熟度、产程进展、引产情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组宫颈成熟优良率较对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、总产程时间较对照组来说均更低(P<0.05)。观察组首次引产成功率、阴道分娩率较对照组更高,且观察组剖宫产率较对照组来说显著更低(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对孕晚期产妇进行宫颈扩张球囊治疗时可加以乳头刺激,能够有效促宫颈成熟,缩短产妇产程,对于促进产妇自然分娩和改善预后来说意义重大,临床实用价值较高。
        Objective To explore the effects of nipple stimulation in promoting cervical ripening in late-gestation.Methods A total of 120 parturients who hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60). The parturients in observation group were treated by nipple stimulation combined with cervical dilatation balloon,however,the parturients in control group were treated by cervical dilatation balloon only. The cervical ripeness, labor progress, induced labor status and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The good and excellent rate of cervical ripeness in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The duration of the first stage of labor, the duration of second stage of labor and the duration of total stage of labor in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the success rate of the first induced labor and vaginal delivery rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the cesarean section rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). In addition the incidence rate of total adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nipple stimulation combined with cervical dilatation balloonfor the parturients in late-gestation can effectively promote cervical maturation and shorten the delivery process,which is quite significant for promoting natural delivery and improve the prognosis of pregnant women, and has high clinical practical value.
