摘要
MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)发射机的多个发射通道集成在同一电路板上,易产生线性和非线性串扰,严重影响数字预失真的性能。从理论上分析线性和非线性串扰,提出了线性和非线性串扰基函数的数学表达式。对于2×2 MIMO发射机,通过线性和非线性串扰基函数提出了2×2 MIMO发射机功放行为模型,并且推广到n×n MIMO的功放行为模型,同时对功放行为模型进行了简化。仿真结果表明,提出的模型能够模拟功放非线性、记忆效应、线性串扰和非线性串扰,同时降低了模型的复杂度。
        One of the major issuesin MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) transceivers design isthatthe multiple transmitter paths are integrated on the same circuitboard,this would easily nonlinear and linear crosstalk and seriously affect the performance of the conventional digital predistortion. The linear and non-linear crosstalk is theoretically analyzed, and the mathematical expression of nonlinear and linear crosstalk also proposed.For a 2×2 MIMO transceiver,the 2×2 MIMO PA(power amplifier)model is proposedvia nonlinear and linear crosstalk basis functions, and is extended to the case of n×n MIMO PAmodel. At the same time, the PAmodel is simplified. Experiment results indicate that the proposed model can effectively simulate memory effect,nonlinear and linear crosstalk of the power amplifier. And what's more, its complexity is clearly reduced.
