摘要
近年来,我国不断增长的停车需求与越发集约的城市用地的矛盾所引发的停车难问题日益尖锐。立体停车楼作为当前在有限的土地资源解决停车空间不足的有效措施受到越来越多的关注。随着城市的集约化发展,如何使停车楼既满足车辆停放的便捷有序,又实现城市空间的高效利用,是立体停车楼建设面临的挑战。本文通过理论研究与案例分析,归纳总结立体停车楼的功能复合化设计策略,为探索和优化国内立体停车楼的设计提供参考。
        In recent years, the problem of parking difficulties caused by the growing demand for parking and the more intensive urban land use has become increasingly acute. The trimensional parking building is an effective measure to solve the shortage of parking space in limited land resources which has attracted more and more attention. With the intensive development of the city,how to make the parking building not only meet the convenient and orderly parking of vehicles, but also realize the efficient use of urban space is a challenge for the construction of trimensional parking buildings. Through theoretical research and case analysis, this paper summarizes the functional composite design strategy of the trimensional parking building, which provides reference for exploring and optimizing the design of the domestic trimensional parking building.
