摘要

聚丙烯酰胺生产装置的离心式风机的应用,保证了聚丙烯酰胺生产的顺利实施,为获得最佳的聚丙烯酰胺的产量提供了依据。聚丙烯酰胺生产装置需要多台风机才能达到正常输料、引风和抽风的作用,保证生产装置安全运行,避免发生安全事故。加强对离心式风机的故障分析是非常必要的,为提高风机的安全运行效率提供了保障。
        The application of centrifugal fan in polyacrylamide production equipment ensures the smooth implementation of polyacrylamide production and provides a basis for the optimal production of polyacrylamide.The polyacrylamide production unit has multiple fans to achieve the functions of normal feeding,air intake and ventilation,ensuring safe operation of the production equipment and avoiding safety accidents.It is very necessary to strengthen the analysis of the failure of the centrifugal fan to help improve the safe operation efficiency of the fan.
