摘要

医技预约是影响医院检查效率的重要因素,阐述了浙江大学医学院附属第二医院开发建立医技智能化预约系统的过程与思路。系统结合医院自身特点,提供更合理高效的医技预约安排,优化了预约管理,缩短了病人平均等待时间,提高了医院工作效率。
        Medical technology appointment is an important factor affecting the efficiency of hospital examination. This paper expounds the process and idea of establishing an intelligent examination appointment system in hospital. This system combines the characteristics of our hospital to provide more reasonable and efficient examination appointment arrangements, optimize the appointment management, and shorten the average waiting time for patients to improve the efficiency of hospital.
