摘要
重点阐述低压变频专用三相异步电动机的设计特点和节能优势,论述根据负载的机械特性和电机参数设定变频器的基准电压和基准频率的方法,说明变频器的基准电压、基准频率的设定,是充分利用变频器,以满足负载对变频器要求的基础。正确设定变频器的压频比,是使用变频电机和变频器的关键。同时阐明低压变频电机节能需综合运用各种控制技术,全面考虑才能达到最大限度的节约能源,提高效率。
This paper describes the design features and energy-saving advantages of special variable-frequency low-voltage three-phase induction motors,discusses the method of setting reference voltage and reference frequency of frequency inverter according to the mechanical characteristics of load and the parameters of motor,and states that setting reference voltage and reference frequency of frequency inverter is the basis to fully use frequency inverter and meet frequency inverter requirements of load. The correctly-set ratio of voltage to frequency of frequency inverter is the key to use variable-frequency motor and frequency inverter. At the same time,it is expounded that the low-voltage variable-frequency motor should comprehensively apply and collectively consider various control technologies to save energy,and then achieve the maximum level of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
