摘要
目的:观察耳复康口服液对庆大霉素造成豚鼠药物性聋模型血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量及蜗组织形态的影响。方法:96只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,聋左慈丸组,耳复康口服液高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。除正常对照组每天肌肉注射生理盐水2 mL·(kg·d)~(-1)外,其余各组豚鼠按80 mg·(kg·d)~(-1)每天注射庆大霉素,同时给药组灌胃相对应的药物,连续14 d,第15天时每只豚鼠腹主动脉取血,测血清指标,并断头处死,取蜗标本。结果:与模型组比较,耳复康口服液各剂量可使豚鼠血清中SOD活力显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。耳复康口服液各剂量可显著减轻豚鼠蜗组织形态病理变化。结论:耳复康口服液可抑制聋模型豚鼠氧化应激损伤,预防蜗基底膜毛细胞凋亡。
        Objective: To observe the effects of Er Fu Kang Oral Liquid on the content of SOD and MDA in serum and the morphology of cochlea of model deaf guinea pig caused by gentamicin. Methods: A total of 96 guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,Erlong Zuoci Pill group as well as high,middle and low dose of Er Fu Kang Oral Liquid group.The normal control group was given muscle injection of normal saline 2 m L·(kg·d)~(-1). The rest of the guinea pigs in each group were given gentamicin injection of 80 mg·(kg·d)~(-1) daily,while the drug groups were administered with corresponding drugs orally. All treatment lasted for 14 d. On the 15th day,each guinea pig was taken out of its aorta blood and the serum index was measured. Then they were executed and the cochlea specimens were obtained. Results: Compared with that of the model control group,the content of SOD in high,medium and low dose of Er Fu Kang Oral Liquid group significantly increased(P < 0. 01,P <0. 05) while the content of MDA significantly decreased(P < 0. 01). Besides,Er Fu Kang Oral Liquid can significantly reduce the pathological changes in cochlear tissue morphology Conclusion: Er Fu Kang Oral Liquid can inhibit the oxidative stress injury of guinea pigs and prevent the apoptosis of cochlear basement membrane hair cells.
