南宋官窑制瓷科学研究

摘要
首先了解历史文献对南宋官窑的文字记载,对照南宋官窑传世作品进行文献记载分析,对杭州乌龟山郊坛下南宋官窑遗址进行详细地考察分析研究,对南宋官窑作坊遗址发现的乌龟山紫金土等制瓷原料进行了化学分析和研究,对遗址的成型技术、烧造方式等进行了详细地研究分析和工艺试验,对遗址采集的南宋官窑冰裂纹青瓷残片标本进行外观鉴定,进行残片瓷质分析研究和高温试验;在这个基础上对南宋官窑冰裂纹青瓷工艺技术进行恢复和作品复制工作。
From historical literature, the records of the collected Southern Song Guan ware were extracted and studied. The archeological site of a Southern Song official ceramic plant, Jiaotanxia Guan Kiln, at the foot of the Tortoise Hill in Hangzhou was investigated. The composition of Zijin clay and other raw materials from this site was analyzed. The shaping and firing processes at the plant were researched through experiments, the appearances and properties of the unearthed shards of Southern Song crackle glazed celadon were observed, and their performance at high temperatures tested. Thereby, the making technology of crackle glazed celadon Guan ware was restored and replicas of the unearthed were tested produced.
