摘要
目的探讨前列腺癌组织中细胞S相激酶相关蛋白2(SKP2)、kindlin-2蛋白的表达情况及其与患者临床特征的关系。方法选取70例前列腺癌患者的前列腺癌组织标本和同期70例前列腺良性增生患者的前列腺良性增生组织标本。采用免疫组织化学染色检测两种组织中SKP2、kindlin-2蛋白的阳性表达情况,并分析不同T分期、N分期、M分期、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平、Gleason评分前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中SKP2、kindlin-2蛋白的阳性表达情况。结果前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中kindlin-2、SKP2蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于前列腺良生增生患者的前列腺良性增生组织(P﹤0.01)。T分期为T3~T4期、N分期为N_1期、Gleason评分为8~10分前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中kindlin-2蛋白的阳性表达率均高于T分期为T_1~T_2期、N分期为N_0期、Gleason评分为2~7分的前列腺癌患者(P﹤0.05)。T分期为T_3~T_4期、N分期为N_1期、PSA水平﹥20 ng/ml、Gleason评分为8~10分前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中SKP2蛋白的阳性表达率均高于T分期为T_1~T_2期、N分期为N_0期、PSA水平≤20 ng/ml、Gleason评分为2~7分的前列腺癌患者(P﹤0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织中SKP2、kindlin-2蛋白的阳性表达率明显升高,并与前列腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。
        Objective To investigate the expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2(SKP2) and kindlin-2 in prostate cancer tissues and its relationship with clinical features. Method Prostate cancer tissue specimens from 70 patients with prostate cancer and another 70 specimens from patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were collected. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the positive expression of SKP2 protein and kindlin-2 protein in these tissue specimens, additionally, the positive expression of SKP2 and kindlin-2 protein in prostate cancer tissues from patients with prostate cancer of different TNM stage, prostate specific antigen(PSA) level and Gleason scores were analyzed. RRee-sult The positive expression rates of kindlin-2 protein and SKP2 protein in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(P<0.01). The positive expression rate of kindlin-2 protein in prostate cancer tissues of patients with T_3-T_4, N_1, and Gleason score 8-10 diseases was higher than that in those with T_1-T_2, N_0 and Gleason scores of 2-7 diseases(P<0.05). In prostate cancer of T_3-T_4, N_1, PSA>20 ng/ml, and Gleason score 8-10, the positive expression rate of SKP2 protein was higher than that in patients with prostate cancer of T_1-T_2, N_0,PSA≤20 ng/ml, and Gleason score of 2-7 points(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rate of SKP2 and kindlin-2 protein in prostate cancer tissues are significantly increased, which are closely related to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
