摘要
蒸汽管道吹扫是管道投运前的一项重要措施,主要目的是清除管道在安装,施工过程中残留的杂物、焊渣、铁锈等,防止管道堵塞;同时对管道进行热应力实验,检查蒸汽管道热变情况等。蒸汽管道吹扫方式主要有定压吹扫和蓄能降压吹扫两种方式,合理高效的吹扫方案对于生产企业吹扫质量和成本控制有着重要的作用。中国石油四川石化公司自备电站通过合理制定蒸汽管道吹扫方案,不仅用时少,还节省了80余万m3天然气,实现经济效益200多万元。
        Steam pipe purging is an important measure before the pipeline is put into operation.The main purpose is to remove debris,welding slag,iron rust,etc.from the pipeline during installation and construction,and to prevent pipeline blockage;at the same time,conduct thermal stress tests on the pipeline.,check the steam pipe heat change and so on.Steam pipe purging methods mainly include constant pressure purging and energy storage buck purging.Reasonable and efficient purging solutions play an important role in the production enterprise's purging quality and cost control.PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company's self-provided power station adopted a reasonable steam pipeline purge program,which not only saves time,but also saves more than 800,000 m3 of natural gas and realizes economic benefits of more than RMB 2 million.
