联用头孢类抗生素与利尿药导致其发生不良反应的研究

摘要
目的:探讨为感染性疾病患者联用头孢类抗生素与利尿药导致其发生不良反应的情况。方法:将2015年1月20日至2016年10月20日期间乐至县人民医院收治的182例在用药治疗期间发生不良反应的感染性疾病患者作为研究对象。这182例患者均联用头孢菌素类抗生素与利尿药进行治疗。观察这些患者发生不良反应的情况。结果:导致这182例患者发生不良反应的药物主要为头孢替唑钠、头孢他啶及头孢米诺钠。其发生的不良反应包括二重感染、消化系统的不良反应、过敏反应、神经系统的不良反应及肾功能损害及其他不良反应。其中,进行静脉给药患者的占比高于进行口服给药的患者(P<0.05)。结论:对感染性疾病患者联用头孢菌素类药物及利尿药进行治疗时,可能导致其发生二重感染、消化系统的不良反应、过敏反应、神经系统的不良反应及肾功能损害等不良反应。与进行口服给药相比,为患者经静脉使用这两种药物后不良反应的发生率较高。
Objective: To investigate the adverse reactions of patients with infectious diseases caused by the combination of cephalosporin antibiotics and diuretic drugs. Methods: 182 patients with infectious diseases who had adverse reactions during medication were enrolled in lezhi county people's hospital during the period of 20 jan 2015 solstice, 20 oct 2016. All 182 patients were treated with cephalosporin antibiotics and diuretic drugs. The adverse reactions of these patients were observed. Results: the main drugs causing adverse reactions in 182 patients were ceftiazole sodium, ceftazidime and cefminol sodium. Adverse reactions include secondary infection, adverse reactions to the digestive system, allergic reactions, adverse reactions to the nervous system, renal impairment and other adverse reactions. Among them, the proportion of patients receiving intravenous administration was higher than that of patients receiving oral administration(P < 0.05). Conclusion: combined cephalosporin drugs in patients with infectious diseases and diuretic treatment, may lead to the double infection and digestive system adverse reactions, allergic reactions, adverse reactions of the nervous system and kidney damage and other adverse reactions. Compared with oral administration, the incidence of adverse reactions after intravenous administration of these two drugs was higher.
