摘要

2017年平罗县开展牛羊肉检疫标识试点工作,依托软件公司,采取搭建平台和使用数据信息的模式,将屠宰和检疫信息赋予二维码,通过扫描二维码可追溯屠宰、检疫信息,从而实现动物产品从屠宰到销售的可追溯,探索动物产品安全监管新手段,确保动物产品质量安全。本文将对动物产品检疫标识做一综述。
        In 2017,Pingluo county carried out the pilot work of quarantine identification of beef and mutton.Based on software company,it built the platform and used the data information to assign the slaughter and quarantine information to the two-dimensional code.By this way,the traceability of animal products from slaughtering to sales,and exploring new methods for animal product safety supervision to ensure the quality and safety of animal products was realized.This article will provide an overview of animal product quarantine signs.
