摘要
针对某10 kV开关柜综合带电检测过程中发现特高频局部放电异常信号,根据检测结果分析进行精准定位,查找到放电源为开关柜电缆仓后金属氧化物避雷器,并排除了故障。在实验室对存在缺陷的避雷器进行了常规例行试验及局放试验,解剖后发现避雷器内部存在金属间隙放电,进一步确定了该避雷器存在的缺陷,验证了带电检测诊断方法判断运行中避雷器缺陷的重要性及有效性,并提出相关建议。
        The abnormal signal of uhf partial discharge was found in the comprehensive live detection process of 10 kV switchgear.Based on the analysis of the detection result,the accurate positioning was carried out to found out the power supply for the metal oxide surge arrester after the cable compartment of the switchgear and the fault was eliminated.The routine test and partial discharge test has been carried out for defective surge arrester in the lab,after the autopsy found that there is surge arrester discharge gap within metal,further to determine the flaws of the surge arrester,the importance and validity of the method of live detection and diagnosis to judge the defects of surge arrester in operation are verified,and puts forward related suggestions.
