摘要
目的:探讨Adropin蛋白在新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清中的水平变化及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:采集佳木斯大学附属第一医院门诊及病房新诊断的2型糖尿病患者60例,按体质指数(BMI)分为两组,肥胖组(BMI≥25)与非肥胖组(BMI<25)各30例,同时还采集同一时间段的健康体检者30例为正常对照组。对其相关临床资料如性别、年龄、身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)等收集,并运用公式计算体质指数(BMI)及腰臀比(WHR),同时对生化指标如低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)等进行测定。运用公式计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β),采用ELisa方法测定Adropin的水平。结果:(1)三组间性别、年龄、身高比较,差异无统计学意义。与对照组比较,2型糖尿病组中肥胖组与非肥胖组Adropin水平降低。(2)相关分析表明,血清Adropin水平与FPG、WC、HC、HbA1c、体重、BMI、TG、TC、HOMA-IR呈负相关,与HOMA-β、HDL呈正相关。(3)多元线性回归分析:HOMA-IR、TC、HC是Adropin的独立影响因素。结论:Adropin蛋白在新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清中水平是降低的,与HOMA-IR呈负相关,低Adropin水平可能参与了2型糖尿病的发生机制。
        Objective:To investigate the changes of Adropin protein in serum and its relationship with insulin resistance in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 cases of type 2 diabetes were collected from the outpatient and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University. According to the body mass index(BMI),two groups were divided into two groups,the obese group(BMI ≥25) and the non obese group(BMI<25) were 30 cases, and 30 normal controls were collected at the same time period. The related clinical data such as gender,age,height,weight,waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),such as collection, and through the formula to calculate body mass index(BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),at the same time and the biochemical indicators such as fasting plasma glucose(FPG), triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),fasting insulin(FIns) were measured.The formula was used to calculate insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and islet β cell function index(HOMA-β).The level of Adropin was determined by ELisa.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the three groups in gender,age and height.Compared with the control group, the Adropin level of type 2 diabetes group was decreased.(2)Correlation analysis shows that serum Adropin level with FPG,WC,HC,HbA1 c,weight,BMI,TG,TC,HOMA-IR negative correlation,positively correlated with HOMA-β,HDL.(3)Multiple linear regression analysis:HOMA-IR,TC,HC is Adropin independent factors.Conclusion:The serum level of Adropin protein was decreased in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients,which was negatively correlated with insulin resistance index.Low Adropin level may be involved in the occurrence mechanism of type 2 diabetes.
