分析全程护理对手术室患者术中应激性及满意度的影响

摘要
目的给予手术室患者全程护理,探讨对患者术中应激性和护理满意度的相关影响。方法以我院2017年3月到2019年3月行手术治疗的1500例患者为研究对象,根据入院时间先后均分为2组。前750例患者纳入对照组,给予常规护理;后750例患者纳入观察组,给予全程护理干预。比较两组患者术中指标变化以及对护理满意度评价。结果观察组患者接受全程护理干预后,术中心率、肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素等应激性指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后观察组患者对护理满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义。结论全程护理干预应用于手术室护理有利于积极改善患者术中应激反应,可提高患者对护理满意度评价,有较高应用价值。
Objective To provide whole-course nursing for patients in operating room, and to explore the correlation between intraoperative stress and nursing satisfaction. Methods One thousand and five hundred patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into two groups according to the time of admission. The first 750 patients were enrolled in the control group and given routine nursing,while the latter 750 patients were enrolled in the observation group and given whole-course nursing intervention. To compare the changes of operative indicators and the evaluation of nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results After the whole nursing intervention, the changes of stress indexes such as heart rate, adrenaline and norepinephrine in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The evaluation of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The application of whole-course nursing intervention in operating room nursing is helpful to actively improve the patients' stress response and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing. It has high application value.
