摘要
为打造一支核心人力资源队伍,提升医院学科和品牌实力,某三甲医院近年来实施"1+1+1"人才引进、"23456"人才工程等系列行之有效的人才培养措施,规范人才引进程序,创新引进途径与方式。提出了人才造峰、学科尖峰等助力核心人力资源成长的培养战略。通过几年时间的持续推进,医院人才实力大幅提升,有效带动了学科发展和品牌提升。
Effective countermeasures such as talent introduction ‘1+1+1' project and ‘23456' human resources project has been carried out to construct core human resources, improve discipline capacity and hospital brand in a top tertiary hospital. Process and approaches of talent introduction has been innovated. Peak human resources and discipline strategy is planned to promote human resources capacity. Hospital human resources have been improved and have effectively driven the development of discipline and brand.
