米糠替代玉米对蛋鸡蛋品质的影响

摘要
为研究米糠替代日粮中玉米对蛋鸡蛋品质的影响,试验选用150只海兰褐蛋鸡(24周龄),随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。分别饲喂用0%、5%、10%、15%、20%米糠替代基础日粮中玉米的日粮,预饲期7 d,正式试验期28 d。试验结束进行蛋品质测定。结果表明:试验组Ⅳ的蛋形指数比对照组低3.01%(P <0.05);试验组Ⅳ的蛋比重比对照组高3.36%(P <0.05),比试验组Ⅰ高0.84%(P <0.05);试验组Ⅳ的蛋重比对照组高2.18%(P <0.05),比试验组Ⅰ高1.20%(P <0.05);试验组Ⅳ的哈夫单位比对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ分别高4.26%、3.31%、2.47%、1.24%(P <0.05)。表明米糠替代玉米能够改善蛋鸡的蛋品质,且替代20%的玉米效果最佳。
        The experiment was conducted to study the effects of rice bran instead of part of the maize grains in basal diets on egg quality of laying hens. A total of 150 Hyline Brown laying hens at 24 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replications of 10 each. The testing groups were fed with basal diets with rice bran replacement respectively 0%,5%,10%,15%,20% of the maize grains. The pretest period was 7 days and experimental period was 28 days. The results showed that the egg shape index of test group Ⅳ was3.01% lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). The proportion of eggs in test group Ⅳ was 3.36% larger than that of control group(P < 0.05) and 0.84% larger than that of test group I(P < 0.05). The egg weight of test group Ⅳ was 2.18% larger than that of control group(P < 0.05) and 1.20% larger than that of test groupⅠ(P < 0.05). The haugh unit of test group Ⅳ was 4.26% higher than control group(P < 0.05),3.31% higher than test group Ⅰ(P < 0.05),2.47% higher than test group Ⅱ(P < 0.05),and 1.24% higher than test group Ⅲ(P < 0.05). The replacement of maize grains with rice bran could improve egg quality of laying hens,and the effect was the best when replacing 20% maize grains.
